StarUML 2.5.1 Release

StarUML v2.5.1 is now available for download. This release includes the following features and fixed issues.

Support Mac OS X – El Capitan

StarUML is updated to support Mac OS X – El Capitan, so now you can use split view feature of El Capitan. By pressing maximize window button while over than 1~2 seconds, you can drop the window on left area or right area in maximized mode.

Minor Updates

This release includes some minor updates and bug fixes.

Hello, may I ask why your OS X App 2.5.1 is not signed? I really like your software on Windows, but this makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. Thank you in advance!

  Don’t worry about that, more a thousand installations per a day. We are considering to change release process to sign the installer.

    Sorry, but “Don’t worry about that” isn’t good enough for me. Signed applications is a large part of Apple’s strategy for keeping their users safe. With application signing, you are taking the word of Apple (a household name, with a large budget and a reputation to protect) that the application is safe. Without application signing, you are taking the word of a company I’ve never heard of, with an unknown about of budget spent on threat detection and resolution, saying that everything is fine.
    
    I’d love to buy and use this product, but won’t do so without a signed application.

Hi, Wikipedia seems to think that you have no development since 2005 – you might want to correct that so it doesn’t deter others from checking out your excellent software. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Unified_Modeling_Language_tools

Hello, I have a lots of entities in my diagram and i can’t fit them to the current diagram size. The question is how can I set the diagram size, preferably with detailed instruction. Due to this problem I got stuck with my project, I really appreciate your help and looking forward for your response.
